There are more than one way to report the size of a hard disk.
Manufacturers usually use 1GB = 1'000'000'000 Bytes (=10^9) (so the disk
seems bigger)
OS's or application programms usually use 1GB = 1'073'741'000 Bytes (=
2^30)
And then you can also report the unformated or the formated capacity.
This gives several possible "sizes" for one disk, depending how you
measure it !
So i would say that 74GB probably is your whole disk.
