I had similar problem on my sparc 20. Had to remove all partitions except
the "whole disk" partition. Commit that configuration. Exit setup and
reboot, then boot setup again and repartition how you would like it.
You don't want to remove the "whole disk" partition because I believe it
contains the SUN disk label (?). If you do that, you have to use fdisk
manually to create a new one (ctrl-alt-F2 or F3 to another console during
setup and type fdisk /dev/sda or fdisk /dev/sdb)
