If you want to install Suse 7.3 on your Blade 100, you should remove the
Expert 3D Lite graphic card, because there is no support for this card in the
kernel for the moment. Once the card is removed you should be able to boot
from the install CD without problem.

I have the same problem: to fix it you should update the kernel to 2.4.18pre4
(Warning : the 2.4.18 does not boot on a Blade 100. You have to use the
2.4.18pre4). This should also fix some sound problems, but I have not been
able to boot once the kernel is compiled. This is probably because of the
initrd (I used the one from the 2.4.14 kernel). If anybody managed to boot
with the 2.4.18pre4 kernel please let me now !
