Use built-in firewall rules to specifically "drop" broadcast packets from
that specific server without logging them. Use IPCHAINS or similar.
Also, check that maybe you already have this firewall active and it's trying
to LOG all those packets to the syslog. If it's really sending out a barage
of packets, maybe the kernel is too busy trying to log to syslog all the
rejection notices.
