I have a similar problen on a Ultra1 , the ethernet card freezes after some
time or when you transfer a big file, and also requires a reboot. I have
tried unloading the module and loading again, but the interface keeps frozen.
Suse 7.3 works great in this machine(video, sound , all autoconfigured
without problems ), but is unusable due to this problem.
