Subject: [suse-sparc] instal of 7.3 on U5

    Hi

    I have managed to work out which keys to press in order to log in as a
    user I created.

    However I can't login as root as one of the characters in the root
    password is not available to me.

    I tried searching the archives but without a search facility its pretty
    difficult to find what you want.

    I tried several of the solutions I found but may have missed the
    _actual_ solution.

    It won't let me boot cdrom yast1.

    Anybody got anymore suggestions before I reload and make the root
    password 'y' so I can get in and change the keyboard!
