That might work. But note that you have to build a 64 bit glibc to do
so. Alternatively you may look at a Debian server. They have a 64 bit
glibc package for Debian/Sparc. But that one should also work on a
SuSE system, you just have to install it manually, as it is a Debian
package of course.
