Hi Stuart,
all those items will carry a sun part number (501-XXXX). This and
will help you identify the CPUs and assess the differences.
As to "which one is faster", the regular answer is "depends". The huge
differences in cache sizes equalize the advantage in MHz between SuperSPARC
and HyperSPARC in a lot of tasks, but not at all in others. Same applies to
mbus speed: if you need I/O, a slow cpu with a high mbus speed might come
out faster...
