If you want to attach them to the same lan-segment, you can force unique
mac-addres by settibg a flag in the eeprom.

The duplicate MAC address is not a bug. On sparc architecture the MAC
address is "attached" to the machine, not to a single network device.
Therefore every network card of a machine has the same MAC. This is no
problem as long as the NIC are in different networks. The MAC address is set
in the NVRAM, at least at my IPX.
