If it's SMP, it won't do even a bit well with kernel 2.4. And 2.6 work is on the
way, but it will take quite a while.

BTW, are there enou'f of you guys who would really like to use SuSE on sparcs?
If yes, then why don't you guys start a more current SuSE port for sparc as the
guys from Aurora (RH) and the guys from Splack (Slackware) have done?
