We started to store bookings in a database, there is already code for this.
It is hidden behind the (probably not very meaningfull ;-) word KoTrus.
We did not really finish and test that, but I would be willing to start over
that again.

No. Qt is available for Windows, various Unix'es and Apple MacOS. The limitation
is that they do not offer GPL versions for all platforms.

We did not yet a port to Windows, Chris expects smaller problems with
path delimiters etc., but that should not be a big issue.
