No, there aren't any plans. But it should not be too difficult. We had this

Well, give it a try and let us know in case you have problems. There shouldn't
be many changes necessary. Since there is no GPL compatible version of the Qt
library on windows, you would need a linking permission to satisfy RMS. But
this is really a formality and shouldn't be an issue.
