I cannot reproduce this here. Are you using the new version 2 XML format and a
recent CVS snapshot?
BTW, the new DTD is now almost stable. There are still some attributes
missing, but those that are in there, are unlikely to change any more. The
CVS version from last night can now read and write the full DTD set of
elements.
