That's a bit tricky. You need to have a working DocBook and JadeTeX system.

Normally the documentation should be part of the RPM. Due to a bug in the 2.0
RPMs this was not the case. We are releasing TJ 2.0.1 within the next few
days. It will have PS documentation again.
