This is really great news! We frequently get asked about a Windows version. I've commited your patch and have renamed the TaskJuggler directory and the application to TaskJugglerUI. So it should compile out of the box now.

Since this is probably of interest to other users as well, could you post a little HOWTO for building TaskJuggler on Cygwin? Alternatively you can post a URL to the packages in the Packager Forum.
