It seems to be an issue of the interface, but maybe only of KDE, not of TaskJuggler itself (BTW, ktjview2 works, but refuses to load the project with in erroneous state even into the internal editor).
Crash can be caused as follows:
(1) Load attached project Crashtest.tjp into TaskJuggler,
(2) Switch to editor, set comment in front of "start" parameter or remove line,
(3) rescedule (F9) -> Error: needs start specification,
(4) now goto "Reports" - click "Project Overview" -> SEGV.
For me, it looks more like a KDE problem (have 3.4.1 here on two Gentoo boxes, if I get one with a different version, I'll try it there).
