you are most likely confusing the tools here. We have:
a) taskjuggler: the command line tool (2.0.1 stable/2.1-beta2 beta)
b) TaskJuggler: one of the front-ends (- stable/2.1-beta2 beta)
c) ktkjview2: another front-end (0.4 stable/0.6 beta)
You might want to try the versions that come with the 2.1 release. The
front-ends have evolved significantly over the last year.

Because it's SUSE's policy to only ship security and severe bug fixes via YOU.
This is a security update tool, not a general purpose upgrade channel.

We do support all SUSE Versions that SUSE still provides security fixes for.
