You need to have a user searchable bug reporting/tracking page on your website. I would recommend something like Bugzilla. This way users can search to see if a bug is already reported and not submit redundant ones. And it lends professional credibility to your project to have a bug tracking system.

Bugzilla is NOT hard to set up, and works with most web and database servers. It would only take someone a few hours to set one up and it is invaluable to both users and developers!
