The only meaning I could find is broken code. It makes absolutely no sense to use scaledLoad() for duration values. What is really needed is a scaledDuration() function. For the unit 'days' both functions produce the same result, but for all other units, the scaledLoad() result is just wrong. I've fixed this now.
