The printed reports show only the columns that you have specified in your report definition. This works like all other TaskJuggler reports. So if you want the task or resource name to be listed, you need to add the 'name' column.
The interactive reports always have the 'name' column, even if you did not specify it. I understand that this is a little confusing, but the interactive reports would not work without the name column. That's why I have to create them even if the user did not request them.
The templates and the examples have not been updated yet to make this more clear.
