Well, Qt is not only a graphics library but provides a wide range of best
designed base classes like lists, hashes etc. As a result, taskjuggler uses them
instead of other C++ class libraries.

You should visit
http://www.suse.de/de/private/download/linuks/i386/update_for_7_2/base.html
and install the qt3 package you find on the page.
To be able to compile, you also need qt3-devel.rpm
