Well, that's definitely a bug. If KDE support is not explicitly enabled, it
should compile without it. Can you send me the config.log and config.status
files, so I can have a look at it?

Without the exact error message, there is little we can do for you.
It would also help to know which version of Red Hat you are using. Since I
know of several people who use TaskJuggler on Red Hat, I doubt it's a general
problem.
