That says that you did not do a 'make install'. ktjview is a KDE part (that
means that if you click on a taskjuggler-xml-output file in konqueror it
loads ktjview into konqui as long as the mimetype tjx is bound to the part
ktjview). The ktjview program needs to find the part in $KDEDIR/share/...
If it is not there it fires 'Could not find our Part!'. For any reason
parts are not loaded from cwd.
Note that you should call configure --prefix=$KDEDIR (eg. /opt/kde3)
additionally to the kde support to install into your kde directory.

My personal suggestion is to try the actual CVS source if you like to
compile a ktjview. I fixed many bugs and improved the output in the CVS
version of ktjview. Can be downloaded from the webpage.
