Subject: [taskjuggler] Mismatches between tasks and resources?

Hello,

maybe a stupid question: I tried to plan a 3-year project with four resources
and about 30 tasks. I have two major puzzlers:

1.) The resource view shows that all resources are about equally busy until
the end of the project, including the last month - as it should be.

The task view, however, shows that in the last month, only a minuscle amount
of resources (about 0.3 persons) are assigned.

Why does this not add up? I am quite confused...

(I tired playing aroudn with timingresolution, but to no avail...)

2.) I have one "administrative" type task, which I would like to run with
minor effort during the entire project. (about 1 person month per month from
each person). I tried the trick with defining a pseudo-shift to account for
that time = 40*1/12 = 3.3333 hours = a shift from 9:00 to 12:20 (at a
timingresolution of 10min), with a duration of 36 monts, but I keep getting
the message "End of task administration does not fit into the project time
frame. Try using a later project end date".

But with duration, end of task should of course fit? (I would understnad this
message for an effort-driven task?)

I'd appreciate any help a lot!

3.) One suggestion: I'd very much appreciate a simple latex table output,
similar to the HTML table outputs. I'm just about to start reparsing the HTML
outout, but I guess it's simpler to hack a new output module?

thanks a bundle,
and best regards

Holger
