Hi,
I am desparately trying to compile taskjuggler under cygwin on windows XP.
I have encountered many problems already:
* manual installation of qt3 (3.0.4) because the installation through
the setup program did not work.
It started uniinstalling my entire cygwin installation. I solved this
by completely reinstalling
cygwin.
* passing --disable-mt to the configure script because the
qt-mt library had size 0 and could not be used
* removed the gcc 3.2 compiler from cygwin and made sure that gcc 2.95.3
is used to avoid
linking problems.
Now I keep on getting the following error from ./configure --disable-mt:
checking for KDE... configure: error:
in the prefix, you've chosen, are no KDE headers installed. This will fail.
So, check this please and use another prefix!
How should I solve this problem?
I would also be quite happy if anyone could offer me a statically linked
binary of the latest
stable version of taskjuggler for cygwin.
Cheers
Erik
PS. Why am I doing this? Well, I want to use taskjuggler on my laptop
without having to turn
my laptop into a multi-boot machine. (I know laptop already from SuSE
Linux).
