I wonder why you need cygwin for this? It should work of course, but
shouldn't it also work with MS Compiler and Qt for Windows (of course
you need a license)? There is no autoconf support of course, but
qmake should work? Well, I have no experience with windows...

Which version are you using? Please try version 1.9.2 released recently,
this version should not have the problem any more.
