Subject: [taskjuggler] New optimizer in CVS

Hi,

over the weekend I've checked in first code of a new optimizer for the TJ
scheduler. It's not yet done, but the scheduling results are different from
previous TJ versions. Just keep this in mind when you try the CVS snapshots.
