Is there some way to differenciate responsibilities? Something like this:
W - does the work/tasks
D - main decision
d - partial decision
p - responsible for progress
T - knowledgetransfer
A - must be asked for advise
I - must be informed
a - may called in to discuss things
This is the map of responsibilites I wrote about. The point is to make sure everyone knows the chain of command and who to ask or inform.
