Unfortunately this backtrace is broken. It does not contain any function calls of TaskJuggler, only random KDE/Qt library calls. My suspicion is that you have a non consistent system. This usually happens when you install RPMs from other sources than the SUSE Product CDs/DVD. Have you maybe upgraded KDE to 3.5?
If you are certain that you still have a system with only SUSE RPMs for your exact distribution (YOU updates are ok) then you can try to build TaskJuggler from source with debug information. The manual describes how to do this. Just modify the configure call to
./configure --prefix=/opt/kde3 --enable-debug=yes
Then the backtrace should look better.
