Subject: [taskjuggler] reported effort vs. weeklymax limits

This one is easy to duplicate. If I assign a task to someone who only works on that task part time and then use a booking with the sloppy attribute to indicate the time that was actually spent on the task, taskjuggler ignores the limit and allocates the person to that task for the entire duration.

constrain person to only 20 hours a week:
limits { weeklymax 20h } )

Regardless of whether this should be considered a bug or a feature, how do I get a booking to obey a constraint like 20 hours per week?
