What about using the "supplement" keyword?
With it you can add the "realized" scenario (for the calculations) in a
separate file and use "include" to include it.
If you are using an external tool to track the hours spent on the project you
could write a tool, which generates the "realized" scenario file.
The biggest problem i see doing this, is when you change the project
structure. You would need to change the "realized" scenario in the same way.
