[caasp-beta] CaaSP v4 Beta Dashboard

Hi Ian.

There isn't currently a dashboard for version 4. This is on our roadmap though for future integration in a future release. Adding/removing nodes can be done with the Skuba tooling. Updates can also be applied using the Skuba tool (for Kubernetes updates. OS updates can use any existing SLES-compatible tool).

You are free however to deploy the upstream Kubernetes dashboard (via helm or kubectl) or other k8s compatible dashboards such as Kubernetic.
