[Containers] portus web page not opening

Hi,

Sorry for taking so long to reply (somehow this slipped through my 
inbox...). I see that the version is 2.3, which has quite some 
changes in the deployment front. See the changelog for upgrade 
notes[1]. If you look for something more specific, you'll see that 
we have added quite some examples here [2]. We don't have any bare 
metal examples there, but it should work the same (with puma now 
instead of Apache/Passenger). For puma we already provide a config 
which should be good by everyone [3]. and here's an example usage 
[4] (it's the official docker image of Portus).

I'd recommend switching to the official Docker image, since the 
examples we provide will work out of the box and we are focusing 
more and more on the containerized solution.
