[Deepsea-users] Trouble installing vagrant on latest openSUSE Tumbleweed

I installed the latest Tumbleweed and am having trouble getting vagrant 
to work.

I'm using the openSUSE_vagrant_setup.sh script from openSUSE/vagrant-ceph

Everything goes fine until "vagrant plugin install vagrant-libvirt"

I'm stuck and would be grateful for any tips, suggestions, brickbats...
