[Machinery] Machinery 1.9.1 is out!

Hey Machinists,

Less than a week after our last release, we just made Machinery 1.9.1 
public.

The most visible improvement is the config command which takes the 
arguments in the more intuitive format 'key=value' now. Furthermore, the 
release ships a bunch of bug fixes.

Try it, love it, use it! Tell us your feedback.

The changelog reads as follows:

## Version 1.9.1 - Tue Jun 23 16:57:35 CEST 2015
* `machinery config` takes arguments of the form 'key=value' as well
