[Machinery] Machinery 1.8.1 is out!

Dearest Machineriest, 

This release email will be short and concise as most of the efforts in
the latest sprint went into consolidating code, fixing bugs and several
other bits and pieces not exactly fitting the usual release format. 

Given this, we'd like instead to take the chance of saying "Thank you!"
to Bob for the reported issues and prompt feedback. 

We're still looking forward to hearing from you: What do you like about
machinery? What would you change? What feature do you think we're
missing?
