[Machinery] New release: Machinery 1.15 comes with graphical comparison view

Hi all,

while the spotlight was on SUSECon in Amsterdam last week [1] including the 
release of the brand-new openSUSE Leap 42.1 [2], the Machinery team prepared a 
new release as Machinery 1.15.

Main feature of the release is the graphical comparison view. It shows the 
comparison of two system descriptions, what is different and what is common, 
in a nice graphical view similar to the view which is available for individual 
description already with the `--html` option of the `show command`.

The view has been around as experimental feature for a bit. It is ready for 
prime time now. You get it when you run the command

    machinery compare DESCRIPTION1 DESCRIPTION2 --html

where DESCRIPTION1 and DESCRIPTION2 are the names of the system description 
you would like to compare.

Get the new release from the Machinery home page [3] via one-click install or 
by for example by running `zypper up machinery`, when you already have a 
previous version installed.

Machinery 1.15 supports inspection of openSUSE Leap 42.1. Machinery packages 
for Leap are still in the queue. They are part of the Leap distribution and 
will arrive in the main Leap repository shortly.

The new release also brings a number of other improvements and bug fixes, 
including a significant speed up of the inspection of changed managed and 
config files. Here is the complete change log:

* Handle invalid utf-8 characters in /etc/passwd
* Fix: "changed" link in compare view is visible while scope is collapsed but
  doesn't do anything (gh#SUSE/machinery#1555)
