[Machinery] New release: Machinery 1.23.1

Dear Machinists,

The Machinery team is happy to announce the availability of Machinery
1.23.1 for openSUSE.

Machinery 1.23.1 is a bugfix release to allow inspection of old 32-bit
systems which have no SSE instructions. This issue was reported and
debugged by our community.
