[sle-beta] Upgrade Beta3

Grand words Jiri,

Understand the SDK and WSE. After my runs over the weekend I think I'll put the update/migration on hold and wait for Beta4. I think it does need a few more words in the Docu and I expect these will come with Beta4. December 7th is not so far away.

Hello Dick,

SDK does not exist any more with SLE15; as it does not have any clear
successor product, YaST issues this warning. This is something that we
will need to look into, however, I would probably postpone that until we
have the upgrade paths configired in SCC (and adjust YaST's check the
same way).

I don't see any reason why any extension could not be upgraded off-line.
You may run into the same issue as with SDK and you must make sure to
add all necessary modules (there is no dependency evaluation between the
repositories for the off-line upgrade).
