that back door is called PackageHub ;) https://packagehub.suse.com/

KDE is there for SLE 12 and I would be _very_ surprised if the collaboration between the openSUSE community &
SUSE behind packagehub doesn't result in KDE for SLE 15 also

such packages are unsupported, of course, but do not compromise your support of the rest of your SLE system.
