[sle-beta] LEAP 15 et al

It’s definitely nice to see your interest to openSUSE LEAP ; ).

We are preparing a communication about LEAP 15, so we can share all important
information and links.
Anyway, FYI you can check [1] to see if a openSUSE LEAP 15 package comes from
SLE15 or from openSUSE:Factory.
