[sle-beta] Bugzilla says No.

Seems Firefox knows how to do Screenshots, so here is my issue with Bugzilla.

I do have a couple more Bugs to create when your open for business ;o)

I tried to create a Bugzilla report for a SLES12 SP-4 Beta 1 issues and I was told I was not allowed.

I thought I had done all the pre-req..
