[sle-beta] SLE15 RC1 unable to pxe boot to install image

Update: Both options I presented below work in KVM with no changes. I
created a network in KVM, a blank VM, enabled DHCP on that network
using dnsmasq and it worked.

So is this a network driver issue??? Something else?
