[sle-beta] SLES 12 SP4 RC2 DVD 2

Hi,

Thanks for the report, the DVD 2 containing all sources code is the biggest iso
(7.8GB) for SLE, and sometime our CDN does not propagate it correctly.

The DVD2 should be up soon, it’s already available from Paris at least.

Anyway I can reassure you that we have plans to improve our CDN infrastructure,
to fix this kind of issue but also to support some upcoming new features.
