Last Beta milestone

Beta 3 should be the last Beta milestone of SUSE Linux Enterprise 15 Service Pack 1.

According to our schedule<https://www.suse.com/betaprogram/sle-beta/#releases>, the next milestone will be Release Candidate 1!

It's important for you to do extensive testing and get a clear view on important changes in SLE 15 SP1 Beta before the RC phase. Why? well because we will focus on stability, therefore the most feedback we get before RC, the better it is for our internal planning and bug fixing!
