Bootstrap-Repo in uyuni

Hi,

Well SLE15SP3 is available with SUMA 4.1.5: 
https://www.suse.com/releasenotes/x86_64/SUSE-MANAGER/4.1/#_new_products_enabled

So both latest version of SUMA and Uyuni should support SLE15SP3 Beta.
