Add the latest node_exporter version 1.7.0 to SLES15 SP6?

On SCC it appears it will be 1.5.0 as in SP5:

Sorry for the confusion, initially, I understood from our monitoring team, that version 1.7.0 would be sufficient, but apparently
The patch we'd really need is still under discussion.
However, It looks like the maintainer is willing to get it in.

I'll be on vacation next week anyways. Let's catch up when I'll be back, then probably also the discussion has settled and
We know which version it will be in -- or maybe you agree to pick up this particular patch only.

We would like to notify you that we have decided to delay the release of
the Public Beta for SLE15 SP6.

The delivery was initially announced for the end of February and it
will be postponed for a week and should be expected around the 7th of
March.

Since this milestone will start the public beta program of SLE15SP6,
we would like to have some extra time for fully testing the changes to
the product.
