   An update that has one recommended fix can now be installed.

Description:


   This update changes python-novaclient to encode user data
   to UTF-8 when  creating a server. This fixes an issue in
   horizon when an instance was  started with non-ascii
   characters in user data (bnc#777867).


Patch Instructions:

   To install this SUSE Recommended Update use YaST online_update.
   Alternatively you can run the command listed for your product:

   - SUSE Cloud 1.0:

      zypper in -t patch sleclo10sp2-python-novaclient-7021

   To bring your system up-to-date, use "zypper patch".
