Description:


   This update for kdebase4 provides the following fixes:

   * Konqueror is not starting through the slab menu.
   (bnc#809957)
   * "Undecodable sequence" errors when starting Konsole.
   (bnc#710342)
   * Identify konqueror as a KDE application that supports
   KIO. (bnc#807314)
