   This update for openstack-keystone provides stability fixes from the
   upstream OpenStack project:

       * Add oslo.serialization for latest keystoneclient
       * Fix cert creation on hosts with broken hostname
       * Fix tests comparing tokens
       * Fix typo on cache backend module
       * Updated from global requirements
       * Remove extraenous instantiations of managers
       * Catalog driver generates v3 catalog from v2 catalog
       * Remove with\_lockmode use from Trust SQL backend
       * Set LDAP certificate trust options for LDAPS and TLS
       * Fixes an issue with the XMLEquals matcher
